Refund Policy

Halide Film Texture OFX and other digital products from Digital Chemistry are sold through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Paddle.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund on any purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Once a refund is issued, access to the product and its licence key will end.

To request a refund, contact Paddle at paddle.net, or use the “View receipt” link in your purchase confirmation email.

Your Statutory Rights
